This surgery is used when the breast is too small or too large. When the breasts are very small, (atrophic) you can intervene after breastfeeding, or in cases of a soft ptosis (fall) of the chest can be easily corrected with implants of excellent results and the scars are imperceptible either in the periareolar area , inframammary or axillary. Women with large breasts and who wish to have them smaller should be aware that a visible scar may remain on the breasts after the operation, however, it is considered that the results are quite good in this intervention.
People in the West usually develop nice and inconspicuous scars but Asian people usually develop keloid scar tissue. The breast prosthesis we use is high grade quality gel and is silicone grade medical approved in the United States and Europe.
